BlockFive is committed to maintaining a high standard of integrity, accuracy, and legal compliance across our affiliate network. These guidelines are designed to protect our brand, ensure a positive user experience, and help you, the affiliate, promote our offers in ways that are sustainable and compliant.
All affiliates are expected to read, understand, and follow these guidelines. Violations may result in commission clawbacks, temporary suspension, or termination from the network.
1. General Marketing Standards
- Always promote our products and services truthfully. Do not make exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims.
- Do not impersonate BlockFive, our brands, or team members.
- Be transparent that you are promoting as an affiliate. Include disclosures such as:
“This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
2. Traffic & Channel Restrictions
We currently work with:
- SEO-driven content affiliates
- Email marketers (compliant with CAN-SPAM/GDPR)
- Native advertisers
- Select paid traffic partners
- Influencers and social media marketers
If you plan to use Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, or any other paid traffic source, you must obtain prior written approval. Unauthorized PPC traffic may lead to account termination.
3. Brand Usage & Creative Assets
- Only use approved creative assets provided by BlockFive or your affiliate manager.
- Do not copy, alter, or create derivative versions of our brand logos or product names without permission.
- Do not use misleading or suggestive images, especially in sensitive niches like weight loss or men’s health.
4. Prohibited Content & Practices
You may not:
- Promote false claims (e.g. “cures disease” or “guaranteed results”)
- Use fake testimonials, reviews, or countdown timers
- Send spam or use unauthorized email lists
- Promote on websites or channels containing adult, violent, or hateful content
- Use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or hidden affiliate links
- Bid on our brand terms in paid search without permission
5. Privacy & Data Handling
Affiliates must:
- Adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws
- Never collect, store, or share users’ personal information without explicit consent
- Provide a privacy policy on their own site if collecting user data
6. Landing Pages & Funnels
If you build your own landing pages or funnels, they must:
- Be honest and not misleading
- Include required disclaimers
- Reflect the product’s real benefits and limitations
- Be reviewed by BlockFive if requested
7. Monitoring & Enforcement
- We actively monitor promotions for compliance. Violations may result in:
- Immediate suspension or ban from the BlockFive network
- Withholding of commissions
- Legal action if necessary
