Operate a valid website, platform, or marketing method that complies with our guidelines and applicable laws.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Obligations
As a BlockFive affiliate, you agree to:
Promote our offers and brands honestly and ethically.
Comply with all applicable advertising laws, data protection regulations, and marketing best practices.
Avoid any misleading claims, spam, or deceptive practices in your promotions.
Maintain up-to-date contact and payment information within your account.
Disclose your affiliate relationship where required (e.g., FTC compliance).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect unethical behavior, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. Approved Traffic Sources
While our core affiliates typically focus on SEO-driven content marketing, we also welcome affiliates using paid media, native ads, or social media traffic — provided they adhere to our policies.
If you plan to use paid or non-organic traffic, you must get written approval from your affiliate manager.
4. Commissions and Payments
Commissions are paid on a bi-weekly basis.
Commission structures may vary depending on the brand and product you are promoting.
You may earn lifetime commissions for recurring customer activity, depending on the campaign terms.
All payments are subject to chargeback protection and fraud screening.
Minimum payout thresholds and payment methods will be communicated through your dashboard.
We reserve the right to withhold commissions resulting from fraudulent activity, policy violations, or returned orders.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Bid on BlockFive brand names or misspellings in PPC campaigns.
Promote offers on sites with illegal, violent, hateful, or adult content.
Use deceptive landing pages, redirects, or impersonation tactics.
Send unsolicited messages (spam) to promote offers.
Violation of these rules may lead to account termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
All creatives, product descriptions, logos, brand assets, and related materials provided by BlockFive remain the intellectual property of BlockFive or its partners. You may use these assets only for the purpose of promoting BlockFive-approved offers.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination.
7. Termination
This agreement may be terminated:
By you, at any time, by notifying your affiliate manager or support.
By us, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms or harmed our business reputation.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease, and unpaid commissions may be withheld if tied to prohibited activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
BlockFive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with your participation in the program.
Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the past 3 months.
9. Changes to the Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and your participation in the BlockFive Affiliate Network shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., England & Wales or your preferred legal location].
